Account and purchase

Air is delivered after email double opt-in and does not require an account. Pro Checkout requires Google sign-in, an available Beta seat, and a Healthy product status. Stripe collects the billing address, determines tax, and processes payment.

Each of TSLA Intraday Flow Pro, NASDAQ Intraday Flow Pro and Ainstein TECH Momentum 10 is a separate subscription with a choice of USD 30 monthly or USD 300 annually. One account may subscribe to multiple products.

TradingView access

Eligible paid subscriptions and valid trials may be granted Invite-Only Pro access through controlled automated checks. Exceptions and removals remain under owner review. Checkout completion does not mean TradingView access has been granted; submit the exact TradingView username and follow its status in your account.

TradingView is a third-party platform. Ainstein does not control its availability, moderation, account rules, or product changes.

Discord community access

The public Discord is open through the published invite link. A customer with any active or trialing paid subscription may connect one Discord account to receive the shared Serious Trader Pro role and access to both #tsla and #nq private Review channels. An already-granted role is preserved temporarily while at least one paid subscription is past due or incomplete, and removed after no paid subscription retains access or the customer disconnects.

Trading-day group Reviews cover market context, planning, risk, execution and post-trade review. They do not provide live trade calls, managed execution, individualized recommendations, or guaranteed availability of an in-session Review. Discord is a third-party service with its own availability and rules.

Permitted use

A subscription gives a limited, personal, revocable right to use the selected Script. It does not transfer source code, ownership, resale rights, or permission to redistribute signals or access.

• Do not reverse engineer protected code or bypass platform controls
• Comply with applicable law and TradingView rules

Eligibility and availability

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to contract, and use the service only where lawful. Checkout is available only where Stripe can process the transaction and remains subject to platform restrictions and applicable law.

Under Review or Paused products cannot start a new Checkout. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
