AINSTEIN / LEGAL DRAFT
Terms of use
These draft terms govern access to the Ainstein website, account area, Ainstein Pro subscription, and Included research products.
Account and permitted use
Google OAuth is the only sign-in method in version one. You are responsible for your Google and TradingView accounts and for providing an accurate TradingView username.
A subscription gives a limited, personal, revocable right to use the published scripts. It does not transfer source code, ownership, resale rights, or a right to redistribute signals or access.
TradingView access
Invite-only access is added and removed manually. Checkout completion, an active subscription, or a website status does not prove that a TradingView action has occurred until an administrator confirms it.
TradingView is a third-party platform. Ainstein is not TradingView and does not control its uptime, moderation, account rules, or product changes.
Acceptable use
Do not share access, attempt to reverse engineer protected code, circumvent platform controls, scrape private areas, interfere with the service, or use another person's identity or username.
- One customer account and TradingView profile per person or authorized entity
- No resale, sublicensing, public rebroadcast, or credential sharing
- Comply with applicable law and TradingView rules
Availability and changes
Research tools may be corrected, updated, suspended, or retired. A Coming Soon category is not an available product or a promise of features or a release date.
A future product becomes part of an active Ainstein Pro subscription only after it is released and formally marked Included. Each TradingView permission still requires manual processing. Material subscription changes will be communicated in the account area where reasonably possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
