Privacy policy
This draft explains the minimum data used to operate authentication, billing, product claims, and manual TradingView access.
Data we process
Better Auth stores the name, email address, profile image, sessions, and Google account linkage supplied through OAuth. Ainstein stores a customer identifier, locale, product claims, subscription state, notifications, TradingView username, access workflow, and audit records.
Stripe processes payment methods and payment details. Ainstein stores Stripe customer, subscription, price, and event identifiers but does not receive or store full card numbers.
Why and how long
Data is used to authenticate you, prevent abuse, provide products, reconcile subscriptions, support access, keep operational records, and meet legal obligations. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for those purposes, dispute handling, security, and applicable law.
Sharing and analytics
Data is shared with Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, and TradingView only as needed for their roles or your requested access. No third-party analytics is added in version one, and email, username, Stripe identifiers, or payment data are not sent to analytics.
Version one records bilingual notices in your account and does not send custom external email.
Your choices
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some billing, security, audit, or legal records may need to be retained.
