Data we process

An Air claim uses the selected product, email, language, and Turnstile verification. After double opt-in, Ainstein emails the public Protected Script link and an unsubscribe link.

For Pro, Better Auth stores OAuth account and session data. Ainstein stores subscription, activation, notification, email-delivery, TradingView username, access, and audit records. If you connect Discord, Ainstein stores the Discord user ID, username, global display name, avatar hash, role-sync status and access audit; the OAuth access token is used once to join the server and is not stored. Stripe processes payment methods and billing addresses; Ainstein does not store full card numbers.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 receives page and product views, Air and checkout funnel events, purchase transaction and product values, the GA client ID, consent state, landing path, UTM fields and referring host. Ainstein does not send your email, name, TradingView or Discord username, internal user ID, payment details, trading strategy, orders or positions to Google Analytics.

Analytics consent and attribution

Analytics, advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization are denied by default. Rejecting analytics creates no GA cookie; Google may receive only consent-aware, cookieless technical pings. Accepting enables analytics storage only. Advertising, remarketing, Google Signals and personalized advertising remain disabled.

Full first-touch and last-touch attribution is retained only after analytics consent. First-touch is not replaced by a later visit, while last-touch may be updated by a new external campaign or referral. You can reopen Analytics settings in the footer, change or withdraw the choice, and remove the associated analytics cookies and browser attribution data.

Purpose and retention

Data is used for authentication, abuse prevention, product delivery, aggregate content and funnel measurement, subscription reconciliation, operational notices, access support, legal compliance, and account export or deletion. GA4 event-level data is configured for 14-month retention. Raw technical and webhook payload data is cleared after 30 days. Other operational records are retained only for the periods needed for support, audit, and legal obligations.

Providers and transfers

Google processes OAuth authentication and consent-aware Google Analytics measurement; Stripe handles billing; Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and security; TradingView provides the requested script access; Discord provides community and role-based channel access; and Resend delivers email. Their processing may involve cross-border transfers under their safeguards and applicable law.

Your choices

Air email can be unsubscribed in one click. Analytics can be rejected initially or withdrawn later from the footer without blocking public content. Discord can be disconnected from the account area. The account area provides a rate-limited JSON export and deletion request. An active subscription must end, and TradingView and Discord Pro access must be removed, before deletion can be completed; legally required billing and audit records may be anonymized and retained.
